Many of our products are customized and prepared to order, which means certain return and refund limitations apply. Keevola offers personalized jewelry and meaningful gifts that are often custom-made according to the customer’s selected names, dates, messages, symbols, or design preferences.

Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of these items, not all purchases qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.

After 48 hours, production and personalization may already begin. Therefore:

  • Cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours from the time of purchase may not be accepted.
  • Once production starts, personalized items cannot be canceled.
  • Approved cancellations made within the 48-hour period may be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Personalized & Customized Products

Because customized items are created specifically for each customer, the following products are considered final sale:

  • Personalized jewelry
  • Engraved necklaces
  • Name necklaces
  • Birth flower jewelry
  • Coordinate jewelry
  • Custom message gifts
  • Personalized bracelets
  • Any item containing custom text, initials, names, dates, or customer-selected personalization

These customized items are:

  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

This policy applies unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to supplier or fulfillment error.

4. Eligible Returns

We may accept a return or replacement request if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The personalization differs from the details submitted during checkout due to our error
  • A manufacturing issue affects product usability or quality

Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

Supplier Error

If the return is caused by our supplier or fulfillment partner, including:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Incorrect personalization caused by production error

Keevola will cover the return shipping cost.

Customer-Initiated Return

If the return request is due to customer-related reasons, including:

  • Wrong item ordered

  • Customer changed their mind
  • Customer remorse
  • Incorrect customization submitted by customer

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Used items
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • 3–7 business days for refund approval review
  • 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error caused by Keevola or our fulfillment partner.

8. Exchanges

Because most Keevola products are personalized, exchanges are generally not available.

However, replacements may be offered for:

  • Incorrect orders caused by fulfillment errors

9. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Keevola is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation process.

10. Return Address

Do not send returns back without approval.

Return instructions and approved return addresses are provided only after a return request has been reviewed.
