Refund & Returns Policy
At Keevola, we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our products are personalized, our return policy is slightly different from standard retail.
1. Personalized Products
Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please ensure that all personalization details (names, dates, messages) are entered correctly before placing your order.
2. Non-Personalized Products
Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item.
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
After this period, production may begin and changes may no longer be possible.
